2 Pack the product together with all the accessories with which it was purchased. Include in the package a completed claim form and a copy of the proof of purchase (receipt, invoice or bill sent to your e-mail address at the time of purchase).

We will process your complaint within 14 days of receiving the product. We will inform you of our decision by e-mail.

In the first instance, we try to repair the advertised product. If repair is not possible, we will replace the product with a new one or refund your money.
