Unexpected turnaround? At DREMAIRY we understand that you may change your mind, so you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return it. You don’t have to give a reason, but we would be pleased if you shared this information with us. Such subtle curiosity is part of our nature. It helps build a harmonious bond between your needs and DREMAIRY’s pleasure in fulfilling them.
To make a return, follow the instructions below.
1 Download and complete the return form. Remember to include the necessary information related to your order and the bank account number where we are to make the refund.
(2) Include the return form and proof of purchase (receipt, invoice or bill sent to the email address at the time of purchase) in the parcel with the returned products (product and all accessories).

In the interests of safety and trouble-free product complaints, please send your parcel by courier.
Traces of use
Returned products must not bear traces of use. They should retain their original tags. If a product is found to have been used, it will not be accepted for return.
Return processing
We process returns within 7 days. Once the return has been processed, you will receive an email to the email address on the form informing you of our decision.
Refund
Refunds will be made to the bank account indicated on the return form within 14 days of our receipt of the parcel.
NOTE
In the case of return of goods, the cost of shipping is borne by the consumer.
We are not responsible for delays in delivery resulting from the fault of shipping companies.
We do not accept parcels sent COD.
